New fonts can be created with the glfont.exe program found
in this directory.  Just adhere to the following naming
convention:

  <facename>[_<style>].glf

facename can be anything acceptable to the file system.
style is optional and should be one of the following:
- B = bold
- I = italic
- BI = bold and italic

The filenames are not case-sensitive.
