[Virology] Use of Value of TCID50 result

I have measured TCID50 value of virus: 1.6X10^4/ml. Now how do I use
the value in the real infection assay? If the infection fianl volume
is 100 microliter, for 1 TCID50 (of above value) or 100 TCID50 (of the
same virus stock) what volume we need to infect? Does the cell number
in 100 microliter is a concern or not? If any body can discuss.
