Hi Eric,

 Perhaps this thread should go to bionet.microbiology? (Anthrax = not a 
viral disease)...

 Proposed antibiotic treatment will only work when the strain is 
sensitive to that Ab... The Miami-Dade County hospital might know by now 
whether anything works for THAT strain...
