I would like to adapt anchorage-dependent 293 cell to suspension. Do you know how? Is it very very very difficult to convert 293A(anchorage) to 293S(suspension)? I tried it over and over again. But cells didn't grow. (in S-MEM or CFDMEM) Any information will be helful to me. Thank you in advance.
