I need some direction

	I am interested in a career in virology, but need some advise on
how to obtain it.  I have degrees (BA) in biology and chemistry.  And I
am currently working as a RA at Pioneer Hi-Bred Int'l Inc. on the corn
genome project.  What I want to do is work in the field and gain
practical lab experience before I commit to a graduate program.  Is this
a obtainable goal and where can I get such experience?   Any advise?
