Increasing virus titer

Enhancing virus attachment is of interest to me as I require the highest
infectious units I can obtain for my work.  I work with a variety of
animal and human viruses.  For example I can obtain 10 logs of EMC in
L929 cells but then I have difficulty even obtaining 7 logs of Porcine
Parvovirus in PK-13 cells. I am in great need of improving the culturing
conditions for PPV.  Besides adding polybrene and lowering the pH (for
enhancing virus attachment) do you have any suggestions?
