Looking for info. on virus

Would anyone have any information about a type of human virus that
exhibits the following symptoms:

- nausea
- cardiac arrythmias (premature ventricular contractions - approx.
  450/hour). Otherwise normal ECG.
- itchy skin
- chills
- headache
- dizzyness
- tiredness

The above symptoms are intermittent and have been present for 3-4
months. All hematology tests are normal.
