Rabies vaccination in foxes and wolves

Dear newsgroupers,

I am searching for information on the use of oral vaccination of foxes 
and wolves against rabies.  I understand baits are set with the vaccine 
in the bait.  I am looking for information on how this is achieved, how 
good is the vaccination strategy and are there examples I can look up 
such as journal articles
