proteins that have an interaction

I am a student of the Naples (italy) Univ. "Federico II" in Biological
Science.
I need some information about the proteins that have an interaction
with the DNA .I in peculiar have interested to the structure of that
proteins like zinc fingers, leucine zippers, helix-loop-helix.
