Transactivation of HIV1

Dear Collegues,
I am intersted in transactivation of HIV1 LTR by TNF(alfa) 
and PMA; particularly I need an experimental protocol for 
epithelial cells (HeLa) transfected with a plasmid 
containing LTR-CAT.
