herpes zooster

I'have had a herpes zooster infection and I resolved it by "cycloviran"
or "aciclovir". Somewhere I read that people who have had this infection
could be more often subject to cancer. May someone answer me about these
questions ?  Does the herpes zooster virus leave the body after the
therapy (cycloviran). Is people infected by this virus more often 
subject to any type of cancer ?
