Moderation needed.

Of course it would increase turnaround time, but few of the messages on
this newsgroup are that urgent that one or two days delay is intolerable.
On the other hand moderation would encourage more quality postings which
would attract more virologists to this newsgroup. Newbies that sign on and
have to weed through calcium in milk, broccoli in fluoride, and asthma in
china, will not be very enthused to actively participate.
