EBNA1 expressing cell line ?

Dear netters,

for our analyses of oriP replication mechanisms we are looking for 
EBV-negative human cell lines that carry an EBNA1 expression 
cassette integrated into the genome and, therefore, are stably 
expressing EBNA1. If someone who owns this type of cell line cared to 
make the cells available to me, I would be very grateful. Thank you very
