Innogenetics N.V. (Belgium) has different sets of  poly and monoclonal anti-HCV sera which are giving good results in immunohistochemical reactions.

The following sera are at this moment available:
Rabbit poly-clonal Ab's against synthetic peptides from  Core, E1, E2, NS4, and NS5. 
Rabbit poly-clonal Ab's against recombinant NS3
2 MAb's against 2 epitopes from E1
5 MAb's against 5 epitopes from E2
