Help! HSV-1

Hello,

I have been trouble by the HSV-1 as far as I can remember.  Now I am
about thirty, and I am so sick of it.  The occurance of the sores
inside my check, tongue, even the throad area is very frequent.  I
don't remember I have gone through a month without it.  I have
mentioned few times to the doctor before, and very little was done on
it.  I am wondering the If I should see a specialist.
