hi, Has anyone used these wizard preps to purify newly made ds cDNA. At this stage the cDNA consists of 1 continuous strand made by the RT and a gapped/discontinuous strand made by the DNA pol priming on the RNAse H-nicked RNA. Does this sort of structure bind to the resin? Cheers Mike
