clinical trials, with promising results for different solid tumors.

Do a medline search for Jonathan W. Simons.  Also try Drew M. Pardoll. 
There are others, but their names escape me at the moment.  Tons of
promising work in mice is in the pipeline for human clinical trials in the
future.
