Help!

	I need help! I am part of a team that is in a program called 
SuperComputer Challenge. We are trying to predict the next outbreak of 
the virus. We are planning on doing this by writing a program in C++ that 
will determine the next outbreak. The thing is, we need an algorythem to 
start doing our program. If you can help it would greatly be appreciated. 
If not then will you give any information you can on the virus.
