Shingles

The term "shingles" may be too laymanish but the information I am looking for is on the disease with that 
common name and more specifically involves the chickenpox virus lying dormant for years, then 
suddenly becoming active and attacking nerves.

Any information about "shingles" would be appreciated, specifically Internet sites or newsgroups where I 
could get more information about its cause, development, treatment etc.
