Arbovirus transmission

Can someone refer me to the appropriate expert on arboviruses
who may know whether wild birds ( in this case resident Canadian
Geese) can shed virus  in their feces if they have an arbovirus 
viremia.  In addition, is there any documentation of arbovirus
infections of Canadian Geese and if so, what are the mosquito
vectors of this species and can they transmit the infection to man?
