I am having problems titering a filamentous phage from a peptide library. I am sure I have phage due to spectroscopy, gel electrophoresis, and the characteristic band in CsCl gradient. I simply cannot get a titer when plating. I've tried everything and every control I can think of. Any suggestions? -- Shawn Lupold lupolds at welchlink.welch.jhu.edu
