Steck fixative for in situ

We are trying out Streck fixative for in situ hybridisation. Has
anyone had experience with this fixative? Do you need to proteinase K
digest your tissue prior to hybridisation and how does it compare to
the commonly used fiaxatives such as FBS and paraformaldehyde? What
does Streck fixative contain??. Can you please reply by email to
