I am not a specialist for Hepatitis A - so I have no image of the HAV
virus - but try to search for 'picorna viruses' on the WWW . As for
Hepatitis C, as far as I know only one group in the world  has
published an image of HCV (M.Kaito et al. (1994). Hepatitis C virus
particle detected by immunelectron microscopic study. J. of Gen.
Virol., 75, 1755-1760). But this finding has not been confirmed since.
So I think you will not find any image of HCV.
