need info on dengue fever

I'm a nursing student doing reasearch on dengue fever. I need info 
regarding etiology, signs&symptoms, diagnostic tests, pharmacophysiology, 
treatments and lastly if there are any new and up and coming treatments 
or cures for this disease. besides erradication of the mosquitoes.
