Virology and Oncogenes

Hello

I'm a french student and I'd like to know more informations about the 
retroviruses carrying oncogenes and how they act to induce the 
transformation of cells in vitro or to induce cancerisation.

Does the SV40 LTR have an action on activation of oncogenes? In which 
cancers?
