Excuse me could you cite this paper, the only work of this kind that I 
have seen had transgenic mice infected with BSE, but those with were 
positive solely for Human PrP did not develop, and those which where human 
+ve/mouse +ve only developed mouse PrPsc....indicating a cattle to human
species barrier in the experiment but no cattle to mouse barrier.
