Picornavirus

Dear Colleagues:

Currently I am trying to propagate bee picornavirus using tissue 
culture cells.  So far the wasp cell culture does not appear to be 
able to grow this virus.  Has anyone had any luck with this type of 
viurs in any other type of cell culture systems?
