Channel Catfish Herpes

Does anyone know what the subfamily classification for this virus is?  I 
know that it was originally classified as an alphaherpes virus based upon 
morphology, and that the Davison paper says that based upon sequence 
analysis, he feels that it should be given its own subfamily 
classification.  Was this virus re-assigned a new subfamily classification?
