Help!PCR primers for SV40 large T antigen?

I am looking for sucessful PCR primers for the SV40 large T antigen.  If 
anyone has a reference or a protocol please email ASAP.  I have been 
unsuccessful in my literature search for anyone using primers for the 
large T.  I would like to genotype heterozygote transgenics in this 
manner.  We are trying to limit the need to run southerns do to time, 
money, and management.  Thanks
