organ transplant

I am writing on behalf of someone in need of an organ transplant who is
unwilling and unable to wait for one that may or may not turn up in time. 

Does anyone know ANY way of bypassing traditional options, including, but
not limited to, overseas transplants?  
This person doesn't want to wait until it's loo late.  
Please - if you know someone, or know someone who knows someone, respond.
