My father worked in the Hot Suites at USAMRIID ( Level 2 & 3) with
Chikungunya, and actually produced a vaccine,. He is very concerned with
these agents and the safety procedures used by the Army.  He would prefer
more civilian oversight of these projects and so testified before the
Senate.
