I am working on a project to extract HBV antigen from human serum. I 
would appreciate any information on a reliable safe method for 
inactivation of HBV.

Does anyone know of monoclonal or accessibility of hybridomas producing 
MAbs to HBV surface antigens and to the e antigen for development of a 
quick Elisa.

I would also welcome comments on the use of MAbs for production of 
immunoaffinity columns or other fast purification techniques.
