Hi Mingke Yu, I don't know if one of us could rightfully answer the 
question for you.  However, I think that you may realize that the 
answers are contained within the question.  I know that Ohio State has  
Medline because I've been there.  If I were you, I would get on the 
terminal and do a couple of quick searches for "replicon and vaccine or 
recombinant vaccine."  You will have to do the digging yourself but I'm 
sure you will find the answers that you need.
