Steve
We have a number of genomic lambda clones which have been subcloned into
bluescript, most are 15 kb or smaller but we have 6 clones larger. Two of
these are 18-19 kb, they do not seem to grow any slower than my 'average'
clone. In fact the slowest growing of my clones only has 12-13 kb insert. So I
think bluescript can 'handle' 20-22 kb insert. (probably most of others can
too). Just what we have done.
Good Luck
Ronald
