cycloheximide drug sensitivity in bacteria

Does anyone know anything about the gene encoding sensitivity to the drug
cycloheximide in bacteria?  Specifically, we need to know for our research
WHICH bacterial strains to use, and whether the gene is to be found on the
bacterial genome, on a plasmid, or on both.  We can be contacted at
