cell line

Hi everyone,

I need a T-cell line expressing tat under an inducible promoter (like 
under tetracyclin control) and also carries the HIV LTR integrated in 
the genome. The cell should not produce HIV. Who knows of such a
cell line? Is it available? Thank you very much.
