adenovirus replication and transcription

I am currently in my fourth year of a biotechnology degree at Carleton
Unviversity and I must present a seminar and complete an essay on a
topic of choice which deals with the nucleus.  I have chosen
adenovirus and it's replication and transcription in the nucleus,
specifically about how these sites are spatially separated in the
nucleus of infected cells.  Any information would be greatly appreciated!
