If anyone is interested, the paper is "Expression of functional hepatitis
b virus polymerase in yeast reveals it to be the sole viral protein
required for correct initiation of reverse transcription" by John Travis
and Don Ganem in PNAS v.90 p.4107-4111, 1993.
