Good grief!  He is just being held and watched in quarantine because he'd
been in that area of Zaire (before coming to Canada) and had lost a relative
(suspected) to Ebola.  He has no symptoms; it's just a precaution.  He's a
normal traveler with all his papers in order.  Our system and yours are at
work protecting you by watching him in precautionary quarantine for a time.
