The addresses should be:

http://www.bocklabs.wisc.edu for general info and
http://www.bocklabs.wisc.edu/outbreak.html for 1995 Zaire outbreak daily

(The case on the "www.bocklabs.wisc.edu" part doesn't matter, but
the "http" and "outbreak.html" parts definitely do make a difference!)

You might want to amend your original post to include a correction.

A kind person noticed that the addresses in uppercase should not work. I
wrote them so in order to highlight them, but I didn't think that it could
be confusing. Thanks to Garret for his advice.
