HCV Assistance Needed

Hi,
I send this message from Italy, I'm 40 years old.
I have a HCV chronic hepatitis that I discovered on Nov 1987.
During this period the SGOT and the SGPT had undergo variatios
from normal value as far as 5 time the normal value with almost
biennal cadence. All the others parameters are almost standard.
I know from others people that tried interferon, the inefficacy 
this drug, so I would like to know if are different treatments
for this disease. On the last echographie, made one month ago
is shown that I developed a lymphnode on my liver, but nobody
explaine to me what this mean, is there anybody else that can
explane to me this fact?
On the same echographie is pointed out a microlithiasis on the
gallbladder, is there connection with HCV?
Also I would like to know if are others Italian people that 
travel on Internet with the same problem.
