Reston-references wanted

Dear readers,

I'm looking for some references on the E. Reston-strain. Today i did a 
radio-interview on ebola-etc with a prof. in virology, and curiously 
enough, the Reston-story was rather new to him. I promissed him to 
ask for some serious references here (he has no internet-acces himself....
*yes*....they still exist!).
