True. *BUT* don't forget the 1918 epidemic that circled the world several
times. An "emerging" Andromeda-virus is certainly a possibility. And
there are people trying to create monsters in Army-funded labs.
Of course, the perfect biological weapon is *not* highly virulent so as to
not let it get out of control and inflict casualties on the aggressor.
This is why the BW "menu" in the past has not concentrated heavily on
such killers as Ebola-Marburg, Lassa, Congo-Crimean, Hantaan and others
of the IV-family.
