You know, I would normaly agree with you, but I need to vent
something.  Yes, the internet is world-wide, and we need to be
aware of it, but I am getting sick of the snotty way certain
folks outside the U.S. try to remind those that forget (or are
ignorant of) that fact.  

Not so much you, Dr. Poidinger, yours was mostly cordial, but
there are those who go off on it, and I am very offended by it.
People whining everytime an American mentions her belief that she
lives in the best country.  I would hope he or she thinks so!
Just as I would hope you all feel you live in the best country
you can.  If I thought another country was better than the U.S.
(flaws and all) I'd emmigrate.  As you should do if you thought
some country was better than yours.  

Cheers. And let's all just be friends, and quit whining.  ;-)
