WHO and CDC are both on the web, but the information posted there seems   
to be several days old. 
 
Suggest you try the following:

http://www.cdc.gov 
http://www.nando.net/newsroom/nt/world.html 
 
A little probing in each should turn up most of the current news   
(official and otherwise).
