Before coming up with wild ideas about the rate of mutation of Filoviruses
and the "possibilities" please read H. Feldman et al "Molecualr Biology
and Evolution of Filoviruses"  Arch. Virol. 1993 (Suppl.) 7: 101 - 109. 
It should be in your library.  If you are going to post on this news
group, you might wish to at least attempt to understand the subject
matter.
