Ummm... Reston, VA is about 15 miles from downtown Washington, D.C.-- in
disease vestor terms, that's a blink of an eye.  Zaire is having cases
spread over hundreds of miles of wilderness.

If a high-transmissivity (i.e., airborne on the order of the flu) version
of Ebola shows up...
