Maybe you'd also care to tell us how this is some elaborate biowarfare
experiment being conducted  
by unscrupulous hawks of some superpower? I'm sure that WHO sees no need to
tell us the truth 
and that Joe Blow on the net from anywhere will yield far more trustworthy
data/information.
