Hi everyone.  It's really interesting to me how the lines between movies 
and reality have blurred.  Could the apparent overdramatization in the 
movie Outbreak actually be accurate?  This virus, whose name is 
hackneyed, is a vivd example of the awsome pathogenic power of viruses.  
As time goes on I'm sure that we will see how serious a threat this 
really is.  I think virologist have been trying to tell the public for 
years that viruses are the most significant threat to humans and can 
only be dealt with through research.  Let's see whether the politicians 
can translate this into serious $$$'s instead of warheads.
