(U.S.) Center for Disease Control's latest statement (No. 111 at 21:20 
UTC) states that the incubation period for victims of this outbreak is 
from 2 to 21 days, average 1 week. This incubation period calls into 
question WHO's opposition to embarging air and other transportation. I am 
uncertain whether this is a longer incubation period than previous 
outbreaks.
